Dream -
I have no clue where this dream started, but I know where it ended. In between, there was a lot of ruckus. I met up with another one of my exes for some reason, this one being Zac. Not sure why I keep running into people from my past considering I haven't been thinking about them at all in my day to day life, but whatever.
Anyway, the only part of the dream I really remember clearly is this particular section that was something of a room that seemed composed on a stairwell. There was a bed with a wide, naked mattress on the steps (though it was perfectly horizontal, almost floating), and then another at the top of the stairwell. I don't remember if it had sheets on it or not. The room, or stairwell was also dim.
The ending, which stood out the most, I recall seeing this giant creature, or grotesque man who must have been coming after me and my ex at this end of the dream. I remember him wearing some kind of dark colored cloak.
With everything in near chaos, meaning there was wind and a dramatic sort of dynamics to everything around us, Zac took what looked like a pencil and stabbed the man in the face. It shattered like glass, breaking apart as ink spilled out from his wound instead of blood. I shoved him back through what looked like a transparent wall. I remember there was fire, and he screamed something to the extent that, what I have done will effect me horribly in the future.
But I shouted back confidently, "I believe!"
Environmental Influences -
Setting - The setting in this dream was not familiar to any extent to me.
People - The people I remember and know that were in the dream (even if I can't place them anywhere memorable), was my ex Zac, his mother, more faceless shadows, and I believe my friend Davis was there as well at one point.
Items - No items stood out to me in this dream, though my final quote, "I believe!" was really vibrant and felt like it had some kind of weighty meaning behind it.
Misc. Information - Like I had stated earlier, I am confused why my ex had come up in this dream (and my other dreams as of late as well), considering I barely think of them anymore. I don't even talk to them, or come across things that would remind me of them.
